Custom Order Terms and Conditions

This outlines the terms for your custom stationery order with Wishing Flower Press & Bindery.

1. Design & Approval

  • Due to the nature of letterpress printing, we cannot provide printed proofs of your design. You will receive a digital PDF proof for review before printing begins.

  • Final approval is required in writing (email) before any production starts. Typos including spelling  of names, places and dates are the responsibility of the client to make sure are correct.

  • Designs can be changed up until final approval. If changes can be made after final approval.

2. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start your order and must be received before designing can begin.

  • The remaining balance is due before the final order is shipped /delivered. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.

  • Payments can be made via personal check or credit card. An invoice will be provided and an electronic invoice will be sent to the email provided.

3. Production Timeline

  • Custom orders take approximately 2-4 weeks from final approval. (depending on shop schedule)

  • Rush orders may be available upon request and will incur an additional fee.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our work, custom orders are non-refundable.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 5 business days and include photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Photo & Sample Use

  • We may photograph any custom work for use on our social media channels, website, email newsletters, and marketing materials.

  • We may also share “in progress” photos or videos on social media during production.

  • No personal information such as names, addresses, or dates will be shared.

  • If you prefer that your custom order not be shared publicly, please notify us in writing before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork and designs remain the property of Wishing Flower Press & Bindery unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce or redistribute the designs without permission.
